I’m Dr. Lanny Ray Morrow II, founder of Heartfelt Guidance—a place where biblically rooted counseling meets truth spoken in love. Born in Dallas, Texas in 1970, I’ve spent my life pursuing clarity, conviction, and Christ-centered healing—for myself and for others.

I hold a Doctorate in Theology and a Master of Divinity from Louisiana Baptist University, along with three years of concentrated counseling studies. These equip me to walk alongside those navigating emotional wounds, spiritual confusion, or relational strain. My approach is direct yet compassionate, always anchored in Scripture and guided by grace.

Over the past five years, I’ve devoted my time to serving local shelters and authored From Galilea to the Globe: The Art of the Great Submission, a reflection on surrender, service, and the global reach of biblical truth.

My leadership journey spans more than 30 years. Since 1993, I’ve worked both domestically and internationally as a technical consultant for Fortune 100 companies, founded multiple businesses, hired over 30,000 employees, and been featured in national publications. Yet my deepest calling is to meet people where they are—with empathy, truth, and the hope of restoration.
